WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU TRADE IN?
Mainly US Dollar and Euro. But our store allows you to pay in your preferred currency or your local currency.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we do in theory. Practically, it is not yet possible for all countries worldwide that all addresses can be stored in our store. If you want us to deliver to a specific country that is not on our list, please contact us and we will find a solution together, how we can send the delivery to your desired address.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery to the US and EU takes typically 8-18 business days (depending on local post office). The delivery time for the rest of the world is 8-30 business days, depending on destination. Processing time: 2-4 days
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCLE MY ORDER?
Yes of course!As long as we have not shipped your order, we can cancle it. Please understand that an order that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes of course. After we have shipped the item, you will receive an email with the tracking link for your order. Please check your email account for your junk and advertise folder. Sometimes our emails end up there.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER!
No problem. Please contact our support team at service@mykyokuto.com and we will help you to figure out whats going on.Please note we cannot be held responsible for items undelivered due to an incorrect address being entered or the post office/courier not being contacted when you have received a notice of non delivery.
WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
If you received a damaged product, you must report this to us by email within 3 days of receipt. Here we ask you for a photo of the damaged product in order to guarantee a fast processing of your complaint.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Our change of mind policy lasts 30 days.If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused an in the same condition that you received it. The country for the return is Germany. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We have offices in Germany, but currently we ship from our warehouses in US and China. For this reason we can keep the prices low and do not have to charge expensive shipping costs.
